Some of us are single, some are married but we all have one common stance. We are 100% biased towards the updo for any occasion and we're proud of that. Where there is an event, there is an updo that can go with it and we intend to prove it! Each of us enjoy experimenting with different hairstyles and tracking what both the celebrities and cultures around the world are doing with their hair. We are primarily based in the US yet have feature articles from writers across the globe. While our celebrities are based in the US, that doesn't mean that a trend isn't being started by a local celebrity in Australia! We ourselves are world travelers and have witnessed first hand the diverse 'updo-effect' that has transpired globally. From Guatemala to New Zeleand we want to share our experiences and opinions with the global reader. We're not sure if the word 'updo' exists in other languages yet but we intend to find out. The Updo IdeaThe idea for the site began when we realized that often times our conversations would revolve around a certain updo hairstyle that frequently resulted in debate. This site has offered a means for sharing our opinions and encouraging discussion. Since the onset of the site in early 2009, we have received excellent feedback and want to engage our readers as much as possible. Please note that our tips, predictions and advice should be taken lightly and are intended to be humorous and fun.
